Installation and Usage Information

Installation should be performed by a certified technician, following local wiring regulations and ensuring proper configuration of DIP switches and communication cables, particularly when integrating with specific inverters like Solis RHI Hybrid.
Warranty and Registration
The Pylon US3000C comes with a 7-year standard warranty, which can be extended to 10 years by registering the product at Pylontech Warranty Registration.
Important Notes
- DIP Switch Configuration: Ensure the DIP switch settings are correctly configured. The settings are reversed, so ON is down and OFF is up.
- Voltage Settings: The maximum allowable voltage is 53.5V. Ensure the inverter is set below this limit before connecting the system.
- Cable Compatibility: Some inverters require specific communication cables for proper operation. Ensure the correct BMS cable is used, especially with Solis RHI Hybrid inverters.
