  • Warranty Registration: Installations with Sunsynk products must be registered within 7 days of commissioning to gain full warranty activation. Failure to register may void the warranty.
  • BMS Cable Recommendations:
    • For Pylontech, REVOV, and Hubble Lithium batteries, use SUN-CAN-3M.
    • For Freedom Won batteries, use F-WON-CAN-SUN.
  • Fuse Recommendations: Use size 3 fuse holders with appropriately rated size 3 fuses due to high battery DC currents.
  • Firmware Updates: Ensure the inverter is on bypass mode and the PV is off before performing firmware updates to prevent damage.

Installation Guidelines

  • This product must be installed by a qualified electrician/technician.
  • All installations must adhere to local wiring regulations and standards.
