Installation Guidelines

  • For installations with Pylontech, REVOV, and Hubble Lithium batteries, use the following BMS cable: SUN-CAN-3M.
  • For installations with Freedom Won batteries, use the following BMS cable: F-WON-CAN-SUN.
  • Installations with Sunsynk products must be registered to gain full warranty activation.
  • Warranty registration must be completed within 7 days of commissioning. Failure to register may void the warranty.

Important Information

  • For firmware updates, ensure that the inverter is in bypass mode and the PV is off before proceeding. Failing to do so may damage the inverter.
  • It is recommended to use the correct size output breaker as per SANS10142-1 with this inverter.
    • Inverter max pass-through current: 50A
    • Recommended circuit breaker size: 40A

This product must be installed by a qualified electrician/technician. All installations must adhere to local wiring regulations and standards. Sunsynk will not be held liable for any product malfunctions resulting from incorrect installations.
