This kit is specifically intended for connecting batteries to the DC disconnect switch, providing safe and reliable power transfer in your solar or battery storage system. It is not designed for parallel battery connections.
Key Features:
- Power Cables: Includes 2 x 2m long power cables (positive and negative) for easy and secure connections between the battery and DC disconnect switch.
- Comms Cables (UK Version Only): In the UK version, the pack includes 2 communication cables. These comms cables are essential for connecting US type C variant batteries to a Solis inverter; the blue-labeled cable should be used for this purpose.
- Maximum Current Handling: The pack is suitable for systems with up to 100A supply charge/discharge capacity. For systems with larger current requirements, two cable packs may be needed, depending on the system’s current rating.
Important Notes:
- South Africa (SA) Version: In South Africa, the cable pack no longer includes communication cables.
- Order Limits: Customers are limited to a maximum of 20 cable packs per single order.
