MikroTik's RB-NETPOWER16P is an outdoor 18 port switch. It has 16x Gigabit Ethernet Ports, with PoE-out, and 2x SFP+ ports for 10G fibre uplinks.
The sturdy and compact design allows this switch to be mounted in various environments, from damp attics and shafts to towers, masts and poles with the included hose clamps.
This product does not support voltage conversion but rather makes use of separate 24V and 48V input power supplies. The netPower will automatically select the correct PoE standard and voltage based on the devices connected to each port if both voltages are being used simultaneously. This can also be configured manually on the product interface.
