Installation Guidelines

  • Installations with Sunsynk products must be registered to gain full warranty activation.
  • Warranty registration must be completed within 7 days of commissioning. Failure to register may void the warranty.
  • For installations with Pylontech, REVOV, and Hubble Lithium batteries, use BMS cable: SUN-CAN-3M.
  • For installations with Freedom Won batteries, use BMS cable: F-WON-CAN-SUN.
  • Ensure the inverter is updated to the latest firmware version before installation.

This product must be installed by a qualified electrician/technician. All installations must adhere to local wiring regulations and standards. Sunsynk will not be held liable for any product malfunctions resulting from incorrect installations.

Important Information

It is recommended to use the correct size output breaker as per SANS10142-1 with this inverter.
